30-Day Easy Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a refund. If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you — your choice.

To start a return, email us at shoprideneat@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received (or once a damage claim is approved).
